Returns & Refunds Policy
We operate a 90 day No Quibble Return/Refund Policy.
We hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase. In the unlikely event you aren’t entirely satisfied, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. All products returned must be unused and in a re-sellable condition.
If we determine a product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
There may be some products, such as Personalised Pet ID Tags that we are unable to refund because of a change of mind. In this case we will only refund faulty or damaged goods.
If you receive a product that is Damaged or Faulty, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to rectify the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In this case we’ll a) send a replacement b) ask for the product to be returned and we’ll refund your original delivery charge and the return cost (at standard rate) when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
